Gye Me produced by KP BEATZ was written and performed by one man who has been described as the future of Ghanaian rap music by many industry players including Cabum and zylofon media signee Obibinii. Danso Bhankin who brands himself as the gentle rapper is the main man behind this track which is soon to be released. The artist in a sit down interview told me that in the coming days and weeks he's hoping to partner on tracks with Cabum, K'Daanso, Obibinii, Quamina MP, Fameye, Koo Ntakra, Kojo Luda, Gojit, Strong man and AMG Medikal. In the interview, he also mentioned that he has four new tracks coming up real quick because he wants to take the industry by storm with hit after hit.
When I asked him about his upcoming song, he said that being born into a Christian home, he was taught to love God at a tender age even though sometimes he loses his way, there is a simple prayer he's always saying "Awurade Gye Me". So in his debut song he thought it wise to use that prayer.
